IP offers Technological Summer Camp. Which includes (Senior Camp) for the age (12-16 years), and (Junior Camp) for the age (7-11 years).

IP Education announces the 3rd technological summer camp that has two streams; the Senior camp (targets 7-11 years old students) and the Junior camp (targets 12-16 years old students). Diversity of activities and blending fun with education are the main features of our camp. So that, throughout 6 weeks, students experience, learn, and entertain 6 different courses that simulate 6 different disciplines (Coding, Robotics, Technical engineering, ....). On the other hand, this camp is a good choice for students who want to be and get into the robotics and technological engineering world. Be informed that all the technical kits and tools that are used by our trainers are intentionally designed and made for educational purposes.
1. Senior Camp (12-16 years old students):
Comprises of 5 various courses (Coding, Robotics, Technical engineering, Video Editing, Graphic design) they were designed to be in line with students’ tendencies, abilities, and match the requirements they need to up to date with such technological disciplines.
A. Robotics camp (24 training hours):
Students are going to be introduced to the Robotics world by working on some basic robotics platforms; (EV3 and VEX-IQ). During, some (mechanical design) concepts are going to be explained and applied to design various structures of robots. Therefore, basic concepts of (blockly programming) are also going to be elaborated and implemented to program the robots. Finally, competitive challenges are going to be held among students.
B. Graphic design (12 training hours):
Students are going to have hands-on training and work to acquire basic Graphic design skills through (Photoshop software). Picture processing, using designing tools, designing promotional material are examples of what students are going to learn.
C. Technical engineering (12 training hours):
Students are going to have hands-on training on the most popular electronics platform (Arduino platform) which is most recommended to start the Technical engineering journey. Some basics of circuits, simple electronic design, essentials of Text coding are examples of what students are going to learn. All that is delivered in an entertaining and simplified manner.
D. Video editing (12 training hours):
Students are going to have hands-on training and work to acquire basic Video editing skills through (Adobe Premiere software). Inserting files, splitting and manipulating videos, audio file processing are examples of what students are going to learn.
E. Coding camp (12 training hours):
Students are going to practically learn some basics of the programming language (Python), this course is a chance to start learning (Test coding) at an early age. The definition of programming, what an algorithm is, data types, conditional statements are examples of what students are going to learn. Such a course qualifies students to step up and enroll in more advanced coding courses.
2. Junior Camp (7-11 years old students):
Comprises of 6 various courses (Coding, Robotics, Lego art, Fun experiments, Handcraft, The Little engineer program) they were designed to be in line with students’ tendencies, abilities and blend fun with education, in addition to a (Graduation-project week) which the camp is going to be wrapped up with.
A. Robotics camp (9 training hours) :
Students are going to be introduced to bits of basics of designing and programming robots by using an intended educational platform for that purpose (the Wedo platform), it involves suitable hardware and software, also there will be a bunch of competitive challenges.
B. The Little engineer program (9 training hours):
In a simplified, filled-of-fun, and hands-on course that is related to electricity, students are going to be introduced to bits of basics of circuits such as (the definition of current, voltage, resistors, …. ) by using an intended educational platform for that purpose (the Snap circuit platform), it involves suitable hardware to implement a lot of practical experiments.
C. Coding camp (9 training hours):
(Robogarden) is an online Canadian platform, it specializes in coding learning for kids, through fun, challenges, and interactive activities (Robogarden) that works on ingraining some basics of coding in students’ minds.
D. Lego art (9 training hours):
Entertaining and educative course, Students are going to learn basics of designing regular and irregular 3D shapes such as (vehicles, buildings, ….) by using (Lego pieces). The guided design and the free design concepts are used as strategies during this course.
E. Fun experiments (11 training hours):
Mainly, this course consists of fun, students are going to implement many experiments related to science and experience a lot of new things such as how to do a presentation, deliver a speech publicly, under the supervision of a group of specialists, which plays a main role in improving softs skills and thinking skills.
F. Handcraft (9 training hours):
a bunch of interactive and hand activities such as (painting, recycling, handmade gadgets, ....) to top up and develop a lot of students’ skills such as (critical thinking, out-of-the-box thinking, problem solving, ...). All that is offered in the context of (having-fun-to-get-educated concept).
