Update your Meta Business Profile:

Add a clear explanation that you are a platform acting on behalf of other businesses.

Use a name like “Aptify Platform Notifications” or similar.

Apply for new template under "Utility" or "Appointment Update" category.

Make sure you collect consent per business:

Each client must agree to receive WhatsApp messages on behalf of a specific business.
